岗位要求：1. Strong costing sense, a practitioner of managerial costing.2. Solid background/experience in MNC with financial forecasting, analysis and reporting; knowledgeable of pricing and program financial assessment (NPV, IRR).3. Prove to be a business partner with good business acumen, and desire to grow with business. 4. Proactive communicator; Priority sorter. 5. English speaking is must; Skillful in Office software.6. Patient, precise and decisively.7. Experience with automotive field might be preferable.岗位职责：1. Engineering financial performance evaluation and reporting-In charge of engineering costing and reporting-Provide financial view on engineering profit center performance-Assist in engineering budgeting and forecasting-Lead engineering transfer pricing set-up2.Program financial evaluation and reporting-Provide program financial disclosures for gate review-Prepare financial evaluation on product design change and manufacturing process change-Collaborate program capital request, tracking, forecasting and reporting-Conduct variance analysis on bill of material cost, product cycle time and launch costs3.Participate internal control building and VAVE project-Provide financial insights/evaluation on VAVE and CIP projects.-Improve fundamental controls over engineering/program/launch process.-Oversee program/supplier/customer/intercompany charge process to ensure proper cost allocation.4.Others, assigned by finance controller.
