Working responsibilities:1.Process daily, monthly accounting transactions, including but not limited to AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Payroll2.Regular AP, AR reconciliations, including the necessary communication with foreign subsidiaries3.Ensure that transactions are properly and consistently reflected in Chinese statutory books/Groups accounting policy 4.Maintain fixed assets register, including posting of monthly additions and disposals and posting of monthly depreciation expense and perform regular fixed assets stocktaking according to Company rules5.All statutory PRC Tax declarations6.Support Finance Dpt. in other tasks as requested by Finance ManagerQualification:1.Residency in Zhangjiagang or willing to relocate2.Fluent in English and Chinese, verbal and written3.Accounting certificate according to PRC regulation4.5 years accounting work experience; foreign manufacturing company experience preferred5.Very good knowledge of accounting ERP (INFOR LN preferred)6.Good working knowledge of taxation & statutory obligations in China7.Working knowledge in computers & very good in MS Excel8.Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact with all levels of management and non-management personnel9.Organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload10.Strong work ethic
